Designer and creative art director, Ana Fatia was considered one of the 150 most promising and talented designers of the world by the Salone Satellite during Milan Design Week and at "Now! Le Off!" at the Paris Design Week. When Milano Salone Satellite organized an exhibition celebrating 20 Years of Creativity, Ana was one of the few to be selected to participate.

To describe her ten-year path, totally devoted to the world of Arts and Design, we could only use words of strength. As a stratospheric and industrial designer, she lives and breathes raw materials, permanently investigating and experimenting, she challenges the industry with every product created. Ana Fatia is a curious and restless mind. She created a furniture collection inspired in the human anatomy and manufactured in partnership with the Portuguese industry that had travelled the world.

Presented for the first time in Milan, the MotherMine Collection is a success magnet. The first piece of the collection was sold at auction in just three minutes, for €23.000,00. The second piece, the Incomoda Sideboard, was acquired by DuPont, and is in permanent exhibition at DuPont's Exhibition Center, at Shanghai.

In 2018, Design Shanghai celebrated the 5th edition of Asia's best and biggest international design event, and AnaFatia brand was invited to exclusively create a new piece to present at the Collectible Hall, the MirrorMine Wall Mirror. As a result, in the 2019 edition, she was invited to participate once again.

At the moment, Ana Fatia is working with recycling woods, that older than 100 years and she is focusing on total craftsmanship production. The wood she is using only exists in 3 parts of the world - China, Japan and Portugal.

The Incomoda Sideboard was presented to the public at Design Shanghai 2019, and won the Design Shanghai Picks Award.
