Now available at October Gallery: Formaminima

October Gallery is proud to represent pieces from Formaminima, a studio offering exclusive lightings finely handcrafted in Italy.

“Through the accurate creation of minimal objects able to inspire and intrigue, Formaminima is aimed at those admirers of an essential, sober and functional design."

The ambition to expand our portfolio and include a wider range of pieces lead to a meticulous search of like-minded artists sharing the same vision of design, the same values and speaking the same artistic language: design anchored in the traditional craftsmanship yet embracing modernity. Formaminima, with its selection of exquisite, unique lightings showcasing the know-how of artisans re-visiting the manufacturing process was an obvious choice for October Gallery. Working exclusively with the highest quality local materials such as the finest Italian marbles, Canaletto Walnut wood, Olive and Walnut briarwood, satin brass and Porcelaine from Limoges Formaminima pushes the boundaries of excellence and precision to offer statement design pieces.

"We create value through the masterly realisation of unique pieces resulting from the direct collaboration between our designers and the excellence of Italian craftsmanship, along with its valuable know-how. Preserving the slow design process, as well as its fair research process and time needed to achieve the results expected, is essential to what we believe good design may be."

October Gallery is delighted to initiate this new collaboration and feature Formaminima's pieces in its catalog.
